Change of Command at Post 416!

In ceremonies held late Saturday afternoon at Post 416, newly elected Officers of the American Legion, Auxiliary, Sons of the American Legion, and Riders were sworn in, for the 2018-2019 terms of office. Oaths of office were administered by Chris Yates, Commander of District 22, and by Lois Cornish, District Secretary of the American Legion Auxiliary. .

Past Commander, George Barlow, expressed his strong feelings for Post 416, which had meant so much to his departed father, and promised his continued support for its goals and success. Commander Schillingburg emphasized his belief in "One Fight, One Team", and committed to working with all member organizations of the American Legion Family, in support of America's Veterans, and for the continued improvement of Post 416.
